IT'S OUR 2nd ANNUAL JUNIORS DOUBLES TOURNAMENT AND SOCIAL!

Saturday, May 18th at Clover Park (2500 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica)

The tournament is a pool play format for the first half, guaranteeing each team at least 3 matches. The top two teams from each pool advance to a single elimination tournament draw. Pool play will implement regular scoring up to two deuces, and a sudden death format in the event of a third deuce. Tournament play will have NO sudden death scoring.

The tournament begins at 9:30am but the courts will be available for warm up at 9am. It is a potluck social event so everyone will be notified of whether to bring a food or a drink prior to the tournament. Despite this and the fact there is a water fountain at the park, please remember to bring water for yourself!! A chair and/or a blanket or beach towel is always good to have, as well. There is plenty of grass and shade next to the courts but sunscreen, hats and umbrellas are all good things to consider bringing. Anything forgotten can easily be procured at Bob's Market, just up the street from the park.
